All leading corporate trustees of occupational pension schemes are represented on this Committee.  They are trustees of some £100 billion of pension funds with 1.25m members in benefit. This represents about 10% of the occupational sector. 

Loan Capital

All U.K. based trustees of loan capital instruments sit on this Committee.  The aggregate value of the trusts for which they are responsible is some £900 billion, a large proportion of which relates to foreign borrowers.This Committee protects the interests of loan capital trustees.

Private Trusts

Secretary - Bill Stephenson            The Association of Corporate Trustees

Almost all of the leading corporate trustees of private trusts sit on this committee. They are estimated to act for about 15% of this market, by number of trusts administered, with funds under management in excess of £10 billion. The Committee also includes representatives from TACT`s Charity members.
